AQP/CQT PROGRAM

Updated 06/16/08

URGENT: PLEASE SEND CQT SIM INTEL ASAP!

The new AQP/CQT cycle started May 1st. I really need your input on the SPOTS, LOFT, and non-normal events that occurred during your ride so I can construct a new matrix of the scenario events. Please send me a summary of your experiences in the simulator to:
busdriver@hky.com

It is very important you review the 2008 - 2009 AQP/CQT Guide in it's entirety. If you haven't received the AQP/CQT Guide in your mailbox, you can go to TheHub http://thehub.usairways.com/ and download the latest AQP/CQT Guide by navigating to Flight Crew Information -> Flight Operations Home Page ->CQT Guides ->A320 AQP/CQT Guide.

CONTINUING QUALIFICATION LINE ORIENTED EVALUATION - DAY 3
It appears an enormous amount of variability has been designed into Day 3 of your adventure. Unlike the LOFTs in the past, check airmen now have a palette of scenarios and non-normals they are able to select from. This essentially means no two sessions will be alike. Using your intel reports, I'll add the events that have occurred to the list as I receive them. This means your particular ride will see some, but not all of the possible events that appear in the list.

It is imperative you drop me a line as soon as you complete your CQT to let me know of any changes or additions to the above oral and scenarios. After you have recovered from your CQT jot down any notes on it while it's fresh in your mind and pass them along to me. The accuracy of the information posted above is only as good as the feedback I get from you guys and gals. Please pass along any additional details you feel would help.
